Pennington Creek Hunting Club Rules & Policies

We want to provide high quality hunts to our guests, and at the same time we strive to allow our guest to have a good time and enjoy the experience. In order to do this, we have a list of rules that all guests must follow or they will be asked to leave.

· Payments - A 50% deposit is due within 10 days after booking. The balance is to be paid in full 30 days prior to your hunt. Should the balance not be paid in full 30 days prior to your hunt, your hunt may be cancelled.  Please mail all checks for payment to Pennington Creek Hunting Club, P.O. Box 368, Ardmore, OK 73402. If a credit card is used for payment, a 4% surcharge will be added. All major credit cards are accepted.

· Refunds - There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days prior to hunt date. There will be NO REFUNDS for any individual in the party being absent.

· No alcohol is to be consumed until after each day's hunt.

· No smoking in lodge, box blinds, or in any of our vehicles.

· Hunters must follow all of the guide's directions regarding safety.

· No loaded guns in the lodge or in any vehicle. NO SHOOTING ALLOWED FROM ANY RANCH OR PERSONAL VEHICLE.

· Hunters must have approval from the Guide BEFORE shooting firearms at the Shooting Range.

· Deer hunters must only harvest bucks meeting our management plan goals. The take of a Buck scoring less than 120 is subject to a $500 fine.

· ALL Whitetail Deer harvested, buck or doe, MUST have jawbone pulled.  Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation requires this for their study. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

· A wounded game is considered your kill.

· We are not responsible for taking your harvests to the processor or taxidermist.

· Oklahoma licenses and tags are required for any game hunted or harvested.

· Tips for your guide are not included in your hunt price, but are welcomed and appreciated.

· You pay for the hunt, so there are NO refunds.

· CHECK IN is at 1:00 PM the day of your hunt if your first hunt begins in the evening, and 6:00 PM on the day prior to your first hunt if your first hunt begins in the morning.

· CHECK OUT is at Noon if your hunt ends in the morning, and 10:00 PM if your hunt ends in the evening.  If you pay for an extra night, check out is at 11:00 AM the next morning.

· Hunter is liable for any and all damages to the Pennington Creek Hunting Club premises.

· Hunters must stay on the Gray Ranch property while hunting. Trespassing to retrieve a kill is not allowed without the guide's authorization.

· While Hog Hunting, you may request to remain in your blind after sunset. The latest you will be allowed to hunt is 3 hours after official sunset.

· NO pets allowed.
